Our Kuala Lumpur office is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Administrator to join our dynamic team. 



Role Overview:


The Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the APAC Fulkrum office. This position serves as a central point of contact for both internal staff and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth administrative processes and a professional office environment.



Main Responsibilities (include but not limited to):



  • Serve as the first point of contact for incoming telephone calls, redirecting them appropriately or taking messages for unavailable staff.



  • Support the Regional Management team with all administrative tasks.

  • Handle internal and external office enquiries efficiently.



  • Regularly update the internal database with client and inspector data and reports.

  • Support the Quality Control Coordinators with Inspector registration, including:

    • Formatting CVs to Fulkrum standards

    • Conducting reference checks

    • Checking Inspector certification

    • Ensuring all required documentation is uploaded to IRIS



  • Book meetings for managers and colleagues, ensuring smooth scheduling.

  • Order office supplies and stationery as needed.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.

  • Ensure compliance with client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and internal Fulkrum Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), which may be updated periodically.


 


Skills and Qualifications



  • Minimum of at least 3 years of relevant administrative experience.

  • Extensive working knowledge of MS Office programs

  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently

  • Professional and confident telephone manner

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, suppliers, and senior staff

  • Demonstrated ability to perform well in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

This is a pivotal role within the organisation. The Administrator is not only a key support figure for the Fulkrum team but also represents the company to external visitors and callers. It is essential that the individual in this role consistently presents a courteous, professional image that aligns with Fulkrum’s values and standards.


 


HSE Awareness:


All personnel are informed of Fulkrum's Health and Safety policy and procedures during the onboarding process. Any HSE incidents must be reported and logged with the QHSE Manager, who will oversee and support any subsequent investigations
