Key Responsibilities :

1. Perform day-to-day administrative duties and handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
2. Independently manage and enhance operational and administrative functions.
3. Prepare essential documentation and coordinate operational activities.
4. Resolve accounting accurate records.
5. Assist in new business applications and follow up with clients to ensure timely processing.
6. Handle customer inquiries professionally and ensure satisfactory feedback.
7. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence via email, phone, and office supplies.
8. Address operational issues promptly and efficiently.
9. Ensure company administration matters are efficiently handled.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum qualification of SPM/Higher Secondary/Diploma.
• Proficient in English, Malay, and Mandarin languages. Need to communicate with clients from China
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Quick learner with a willingness to adapt.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
