Responsibilities:

  • Data entry, filing, and managing office supplies
  • Maintain a comprehensive record of all company expenses & accounts receivable
  • Receipts, invoices, bills, reconciling bank statements, reviewing employee expense reports and the sorts
  • Receive and review orders/projects and enquiries
  • Order confirmation and payment verification
  • Respond and courteously to inquiries from both internal and external parties
  • Issue invoices and quotations accordingly

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years of working experience in at least a similar field
  • Candidate must have gotten a formal education:
  • Diploma, degree, professional certification or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of expense management
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Required languages: English, Mandarin

Personal Attributes:

  • Ability to perform filing and record-keeping tasks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with discretion
  • Able to meet deadlines and with minimum supervision
