Administrator Executive cum HR Officer - Continuous Learning Opportunities

• Work activitiesDeal with incoming and outgoing post
• Answer telephone, email and social media enquiries
• Cover reception duties, like greeting and looking after visitors
• Type up documents, for example letters and reports
• Update computer records
• Use office equipment like printers, photocopiers and fax machines
• Set up meetings and take ‘minutes’ during them
• Assist tendering and contract works.
• Skills, interests and qualitiesFresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• At least 2 - 3 years experience.
• An organised approach and excellent time management skills
• Good communication skills
• Computer literacy and good keyboard skills (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point & Microsoft Excel)
• Good numeracy skills
• Mandarin-and/or English speakers are preferred.
