Admissions Executive (Student Recruitment) - Join a Market Leader

Job Responsibilities:

The Admissions Executive will be based at Sunsuria City, Sepang. He/ She is responsible for developing business growth. This position will assist in developing and ensuring the effective implementation of business development strategies to generate sales leads that led to an increase in student enrollments.

Key responsibilities:

• Implement strategies to attract prospective students, including open days, marketing campaigns, and school fairs.
• Provide comprehensive advice, guidance, and information, such as admissions requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and accommodation to prospective and existing students and parents.
• Generate domestic and foreign leads from sales events.
• To cultivate a good working relationship with the agents and corporate clients.
• Source and identify new students’ recruitment channels and opportunities.
• Ensure high leads-to-walk-ins percentage through follow-ups.
• To conduct talks, workshops, and webinars to enhance our international education brand awareness.
• To provide counselling to prospective students at school.
• To provide accurate and sufficient information pertaining to CCIS campus features, academic programmes, and other Unique Selling Points (USPs) to seal the student enrollments.
• Ensure High walk-ins-to enrolment percentage through consistent programs counseling and follow-ups.
• Update of prospect and applied student’s profiles.
• Work closely with the student admissions department on: 
  • Application & admission of student
  • Entrance assessment
  • Student and guardian visa application
  • Pre-departure/ Arrival Briefing
• Reviewing and monitoring of weekly students’ enrollment.

Requirements:

• Possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent academic discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in education/ sales relevant industry would have added advantage.
• Have good interpersonal skills, and a strong passion and drive for sales.
• Good communication and presentation skills both in English.
• Good in planning & running events.
• Available for weekend duties as required.
• Must work well under targets, time constraints, and deadlines. Ability to remain focused. 
• An interest in people, and the ability to cultivate good working relationships with agents and corporate clients.
