Advanced MES Applications Leader - Integrated Circuits

Seeking a Senior MES Specialist to lead the end-to-end design, integration, and implementation of MES (Opcenter / Camstar) solutions across global backend sites, ensuring operational excellence in semiconductor manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement MES capabilities, including Master Data, Execution, and Factory Automation integration.

• Manage MES product lifecycle and software functionality.

• Ensure system compliance with quality and architecture standards.

• Govern application requirement engineering and solution realization.

• Develop E2E MES solutions for global backend (Chip & Module) sites.

• Lead MES capabilities like Durable, Carrier, WIP, Sampling, etc.

• Execute and manage strategic global projects (e.g., SDT rollout).

• Create process documentation and integration flows for stakeholder clarity.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's / Master's in CS, IT, Software Engineering, or related sciences.

• 8+ years of MES experience in semiconductor/electronic manufacturing.

• Strong domain knowledge of semiconductor MES (Camstar / Opcenter).

• Hands-on with CLF, UI logic, MDB, MES coding, and business logic.

• Proficient in SQL and understanding of ERD relationships.

• Skilled in process flow documentation using Visio, EA tools.

• Experience in MES system table structures and configurations.

• Excellent English communication skills (written and oral).
