Affiliate & Partnership Support Manager I FX & CFDs I Vietnam Market

Overview:

Our client is a leading FX & CFDs Retail firm offering a diverse range of electronically traded products to clients worldwide since 2007.

We are looking for a results-driven professional with exceptional communication skills and a strong ability to collaborate within a team. This role requires relocation to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, with full relocation and legal support provided.

What will you do:

• Identify and engage new partners through proactive outreach, including cold calls, emails, and social media.
• Present and promote the companys products and services to potential partners.
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with existing partners to ensure continued success.
• Organize and conduct meetings or calls with prospective and current partners.
• Travel as needed for face-to-face meetings with partners.
• Provide training and motivation to partners to drive sales performance and engagement.
• Represent the company at seminars, webinars, conferences, and expos to promote its offerings.
• Present products and services to partners and their clients to grow business opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and monitor competitors activities in the affiliate marketing space.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date partner profiles in the CRM system daily.
• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the partner network.

Who are we looking for:

• Fluent communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
• At least 2 years of experience in Sales Management within the FinTech/FX industry.
• Candidate must have an existing network of KOLs, Partners, and FX educators.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a positive and active lifestyle.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable results in previous roles.
