Affiliate Marketing Manager I Forex Industry

What will you do:

• Strategic Partner Acquisition: Actively seek and acquire new affiliate partners to expand our network.
• Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with assigned affiliate partners, fostering collaboration and mutual success.
• Performance Supervision: Oversee the overall performance of designated affiliates, ensuring alignment with set targets.
• ROI Achievement: Work towards achieving targets for Return on Investment (ROI) through effective affiliate management.
• Initiative Generation: Generate, propose, and implement initiatives to enhance affiliate productivity, driving increased exposure and revenues.
• Proactive Support: Offer solutions and support to affiliates, motivating them for maximum exposure and revenue generation.
• Material Management: Ensure all materials with assigned affiliates are up to date, including campaigns, designs, landing pages, and banners.
• Results Reporting: Regularly report on results, performance, and ROI on a weekly and monthly basis, collaborating with other departments for comprehensive reporting.
• Optimization Expertise: Daily monitor and optimize the performance of a dedicated pool of affiliates, including checking statistics, confirming rate adjustments, scaling profitable campaigns, and testing new sources.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Performance Marketing to stay updated on affiliates and their clients.
• Efficient Coordination: Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure a smooth and efficient process for affiliates.
• Industry Engagement: Attend industry events to stay abreast of trends and network with potential affiliates.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in affiliate marketing is a must. (Experience in the Gaming/Forex/Binary Options sector is an advantage).
• Affiliate Network Expertise: Vast experience with online and mobile affiliates and affiliate networks.
• Technical Proficiency: Technical knowledge for integration with affiliates is advantageous.
• Media Buying and PPC Knowledge: Knowledge of media buying and PPC is an advantage.
• Target Orientation: Experience working with targets and a proven ability to meet them.
• Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to draw actionable conclusions
