Affiliate Marketing Manager - Urgent Role

Overview:

Our client is a growing B2B company seeking a young, energetic, and dedicated Affiliate Marketing Manager. The role entails leading the Affiliate Marketing Team and collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to achieve acquisition and retention goals for affiliate partners.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and guide team members to achieve targets by reviewing performance metrics, optimizing resources, and maintaining cost-effectiveness.
• Manage and oversee the company’s affiliate marketing program, including recruiting new affiliates, maintaining relationships with existing affiliates, and ensuring compliance with program guidelines.
• Monitor marketing initiative performance and provide strategic advice for campaign improvement.
• Analyze affiliate performance reports and make necessary arrangements to maintain and enhance affiliate retention.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, providing necessary tools, resources, and support to effectively promote the company’s products and services.
• Provide solutions based on feedback reports and discussions with relevant departments.
• Conduct ongoing market research to identify the latest trends in affiliate recruitment and propose innovative affiliate scheme offers.
• Negotiate rates, ad space, and airtime.
• Lead and manage two teams: Affiliate Marketing and Key Account Team.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising/Media, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in strategizing and optimizing paid media strategies on various channels, including Facebook/Instagram and other third-party ad platforms.
• Strong familiarity with affiliate marketing in relevant industries.
• Tech-savvy with good knowledge of online marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia for handling mandarin projects. 
• Willingness to go the extra mile to deliver high-quality work.
• Willing and able to travel overseas for business trips.
