After Sales & Spare Parts Manager (Automotive)

• Lead and oversee all aspects of after-sales operations, including warranty management, repairs, and customer support, to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  

• Manage the parts department, ensuring accurate inventory tracking, timely parts availability, and strong supplier relationships.
  

• Drive revenue growth by developing and executing strategies to enhance after-sales and parts sales performance.
  

• Elevate customer satisfaction by ensuring timely, effective, and responsive support after product delivery.
  

• Collaborate closely with the service team to diagnose and resolve product issues efficiently.
  

• Forecast parts demand accurately and maintain optimal stock levels to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
  

• Negotiate supplier agreements and oversee contracts to secure favorable terms and reliable service.
  

• Track and analyze key after-sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights and regular reports to senior management.
  

• Lead, train, and motivate after-sales and parts teams to uphold high standards of service excellence.
  

• Ensure full compliance with internal policies, safety protocols, and industry quality standards.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  
• At least 5 years of experience in after-sales service and parts management, ideally within the automotive or heavy equipment industries.
  
• Strong expertise in inventory control and supply chain management principles.
  
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, improve operational efficiency, and drive performance outcomes.
  
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
  
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems and implement improvements proactively.
