Aftersales Assistant Manager

Company Background

We are assisting our client, a leading E&M group of companies in the Asia Pacific region, in hiring for the role of Aftersales Assistant Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and support aftersales service operations for HVAC systems in data centers environments.
• Build and develop the aftersales service team, ensuring strong technical capabilities and efficient workflows.
• Provide technical support, training, and guidance to customers and service teams.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and emergency repairs to ensure minimal downtime.
• Be on-call to respond to urgent customer needs and emergency system failures.
• Work closely with other teams to enhance customer satisfaction and optimize system performance.
• Manage and improve service documentation, reports, and warranty claims

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering
  
• Min 3 years of experience working with Danfoss Turbocor oil-free compressors and software tool.
• Hands-on experience in HVAC aftersales, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Strong background in data center cooling environments
• Knowledge of chillers, cooling towers, and related HVAC components.
• Ability to analyze system performance and optimize efficiency.
• On-call availability to respond to emergency service requests.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients, suppliers, and internal teams

• Permanent employment
• Working days / hours : Mon - Fri : 9.00am - 6:00pm
