Aftersales Service Manager - Dynamic Team

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the inventory of spare parts and tools.
• Ensure full compliance with relevant SOP and licensing for the service centre and workshop.
• Support in all aspects of customer satisfaction, inventory management, training, and enhancing performance.
• Maintain accurate records for each repair conducted by the service department.
• Monitor the daily productivity of technicians.
• Ensure high-quality service repairs and reduce return visits by conducting periodic checks on completed jobs to ensure thoroughness and quality.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas and the customer waiting area.
• Address customer complaints promptly and in line with dealership guidelines.
• Maintain a safe working environment.

Requirement

• Demonstrate a strong customer-focused mindset 
• Strong communication abilities in Bahasa Malaysia and English are required, with fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese considered an added advantage.
• Available to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Possess own transport with a valid driving license.
• Experience in the automotive industry is considered an added advantage.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Glenmarie, Shah Alam.
