AI Software Developer (New graduate with strong coding skills) - Rewarding Work

Overview:

Inviting Malaysian Fresh graduates in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields to join us as AI Software Developers. We're looking for individuals who not only have a passion for Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science development, but also those who embody a positive and collaborative attitude, aligning seamlessly with our company culture. 

The ideal candidates will be eager to work with a diverse range of AI and Data Science related projects at ModeFair.

Employment Type:

• Basic salary at RM 5,500 + EPF, SOCSO, EIS.
• This is a full-time position under direct company payroll.
• We are not considering part-time, contract, freelance candidates, or recruitment agency submissions for this role.
• Work from home (within Malaysia); Candidates must be willing to actively participate in company activities on a quarterly basis.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Malaysian nationality is required.
• Strong coding, maths and problem solving skills.
• Demonstrates willingness, openness, and the ability to quickly learn the technology stacks used here.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, characterized by a friendly and positive attitude towards collaboration with peers and teams.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design and implementation of machine learning algorithms for our intelligent auto-scheduling system and additional ML solutions.
• Analyze complex datasets to extract insights, identify patterns, and influence algorithm optimization for a variety of logistical challenges (capacity & load planning).
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure the smooth integration and functionality of ML models within our infrastructure.
• Continuously evaluate and iterate on machine learning models to enhance performance based on metrics and feedback from operational teams.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in AI, machine learning, data science, and logistics technologies to maintain our competitive edge.
• Communicate technical concepts and results effectively across different levels of the organization.

Our Interview Process:
