  • Lead and manage a team of air freight customer service representatives.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members to foster their professional growth.
  • Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance evaluations.
  1. Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and tailor services accordingly.
  1. Airline Partnerships:
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with airline partners and service providers.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with airlines to ensure favorable terms and pricing.
  • Stay informed about airline industry trends, routes, and pricing strategies.
  1. Process Improvement:
  • Develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate customer service processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement efficiency measures to enhance the overall customer experience.
  1. Problem Resolution:
  • Handle complex customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Work closely with other departments to resolve customer challenges and ensure a seamless experience.
  1. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the customer service department.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on customer service performance to senior management.
