AM/M/AVP - TRAINEE Dealer, Corporate Sales & Structuring – Johor Bahru-(240000TA)

Description

  • Actively provide market solutions across different asset classes (FX, interest rates, commodities, investment) to Wholesale Banking clients;
  • Maintain and build high standard of customer service in order to increase Bank’s market presence & franchise;
  • Work closely with relevant business and product partners to market hedging/investment treasury products;
  • Keeping abreast of relevant market and economic events affecting financial markets/prices;
  • Provide timely market information for clients and develop long trusted relationships;
  • Convert client to multi product users and cross sell products;
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements;

    • Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in OCBC Bank Malaysia with APEX OPR > 3.3 for last 2 years.
  • Undergraduate degree in Finance/ Accounting or STEM
  • Required to have strong ability to grasp numerical / technical concepts & adept at operating effectively under pressure.
  • Articulate with good interpersonal & negotiation skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
  • Successful candidate without Global Markets experience will receive necessary on the job training.
  • Expected to pass the Pasaran Kewangan Malaysia Certificate (PKMC) license examination within 1 year of joining GM.
  • Conversational/written Mandarin is an additional advantage.
  • The position is based in Johor Bahru.
