Analyst, Accounts Payable (6 months contract - maternity replacement)

We Elevate... Your Responsibilities

Process vendors’ invoices in timely manner and in good quality
Meet the SLA KPI set in Enterprise Service Management (ESM)
Investigate, resolve, and improve any operation issues
Resolve queries related to the invoices workflows, statement of accounts, and invoices on a timely basis from Local Finance/Internal and External customers
Provide strong backup to AP team on the overall process
Perform reconciliation as per deadline set in the SOP
Contribute to the smooth running of the finance shared service centre by performing other tasks as required
Minimize the gap of GR/IR account balance to zero
Achieve 0% error to make sure payment accuracy
Effective communication to our customer\

We Elevate... Your Best Self

Degree in Accounting or Finance or Partial Professional Qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA)
Minimum 1 years working experience in Accounts Payable (Invoice Processing/Payment Processing/Travel & Expenses) within a shared services organization
Critical thinking, good analytical, details oriented and interpersonal skills.
