Analyst - Cybersecurity (Penetration Testing) (Sunway Group Cybersecurity) - Join a Market Leader

Responsibilities:

• Conduct various penetration tests (network, web, api, mobile application) and vulnerability assessments, ranging from basic to complex scenarios.
• Maintain a current and comprehensive understanding of the IT security landscape, encompassing emerging security solutions, evolving standards, industry trends, best practices, and advancements in offensive security techniques and tools.
• Write thorough, professional penetration test reports, providing detailed guidance for remediation of identified vulnerabilities.
• Conduct follow-up tests post initial penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.

Minimum Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of web applications and network infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux/Windows operating systems.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Perl, Python, VBscript, JavaScript, Powershell).
• Experience in manual penetration testing techniques for various IT components (network equipment, servers, web applications, APIs, mobile, databases).
• At least 2-3 year of manual, hands-on experience in penetration testing and vulnerability assessment.
• Familiarity with penetration testing tools (e.g., Tenable Pro, Burp Suite Pro) and Kali Linux.
• Understanding of OWASP Top 10 security vulnerabilities.
