Application and IT Support - Urgent

This is a full-time on-site role for a Application and IT Support located in Seksyen 15, Shah Alam, Loscam, Malaysia

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field, 5+ years of experience as an IT business support analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Proficiency in business analysis techniques, such as requirements gathering, process mapping, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Knowledge of ITIL principles and IT service management processes.
• Continuous learning mindset and willingness to adapt to new technologies and industry trends.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the integrated functions within a medium to large business and the critical role that an ERP solution and Support applications,
• Experience and knowledge of service and application delivery and support.
• Experience operating and delivering service desk services to enable effective and responsive user support to all staff.
• Experience in troubleshooting in Application, Hardware, Network hardware, LAN and WAN.
• Experience in supporting Microsoft products particularly Windows, Microsoft Office
• Assist in key IT projects as and when required.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.

 Leadership Requirement:

• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• To support SE Asia users and customers with all Loscam Online and HMS integration and training needs.
• To provide 1st level support to SE Asia business users of Loscam applications, in particular AX2009, Loscam Online, HMS and CRM.
• To oversee and manage data integrity received from Loscam customers and Loscam staff in order to mitigate Loscam invoicing errors.
• First level support and maintaining all IT networks and systems in the office
• First level support and maintaining all hardware and software for users.Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in high-pressure environments.
• Ability to present technical information in a simple user-friendly language.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks to achieve deadlines.
• Ability to work unsupervised while still focused on achieving IT team goals.
