We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with 10+ years of proven expertise in managing large-scale, complex technology projects, including AI and data-driven initiatives.

📌 Project & Program Management

• Strong experience in end-to-end project delivery (estimating, planning, mobilization, execution, and closure)
• Expertise in scope, schedule, budget, and risk management
• Hands-on experience in change management processes
• Experience in contract management and interpretation
• Strong knowledge of work planning and governance structures
• Experience managing large-scale, complex technology programs
• Experience delivering AI / Machine Learning / Data Analytics projects

🤖 AI & Emerging Technology Project Experience

• Experience managing AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science projects in enterprise environments
• Understanding of AI project lifecycle (data preparation, model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring)
• Exposure to AI-driven automation, predictive analytics, or intelligent solutions
• Experience working with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and MLOps teams
• Familiarity with AI governance, ethical AI, and data privacy considerations
• Knowledge of AI platforms such as Azure AI, OpenAI, or other enterprise AI ecosystems is an advantage

📊 Financial & Performance Management

• Budget tracking and financial performance monitoring
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting
• Experience ensuring delivery against quality and performance KPIs

🛠 Tools & Technical Knowledge

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft platform technologies
• In-depth expertise in Microsoft Project
• Experience with Team Foundation Server (TFS) or Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with project management tools, methods, and best practices

• Experience managing onshore, offshore, and nearshore teams
