Bachelor’s degree in IT or other relevant discipline. At least 8 years of working experience on insurance application development and support, familiar with various operations and knowledge of different lines of insurance products. Experience in life insurance or financial institution is an advantage. Familiar with various IT platforms and IT solutions in financial industry, good knowledge of digital IT architecture and insurance package solutions, internet/intranet technology; operating systems, latest digital technology of mobile, cloud computing, data analytics, fintech, etc. Strong team leader to transform the culture of the team to work on agile model and think out-of-the box on innovative solutions to existing process pain points / problems Strong in system development and project management skills Strong knowledge on Azure Cloud solution. Experience in NoSQL database model, XML, relational and other database model Experience in API development and API gateway will be a plus Experience in process improvement, or quality improvement will be an added advantage Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in integrating & recommending various complicated IT solutions Experience in Onshore and Offshore resources managementCertification ITSM / ITIL certification will be added advantage.Language Fluent in spoken and written English is a must.Desirable Traits People manager with process knowledge and proactive.
