The Application Support Executive reports directly to the Application Architect. Responsible for data processing, support, testing, and administration of the Resolution-IT systems, other responsibilities also include:

The Application Support Executive reports directly to the Application Architect. Responsible for data processing, support, testing, and administration of the Resolution-IT systems, other responsibilities also include:

 
SFF Data Processing
1) Process data submitted by member institutions into the backend systems, including but not limited to:
  • Perform EVL (Extract, Validate, and Load)
  • Perform Entity Generation
  • Perform Aggregation
  • Generate Error reports
  • Generate custom reports as requested from users
2) Handle all internal and external user questions and queries
3) Track submission processing status and generate reports

 
Application Support

 
1) Perform functions such as system troubleshooting, testing (including functional and unit testing), debugging, and implementation of application programs supporting business processes and operations
2) Provide help desk assistance and technical support for issues affecting end-users, including liaising with member institutions to clarify queries and troubleshoot system/data issues
3) Maintain comprehensive documentation for common issues, troubleshooting steps, and solutions
4) Diagnose and analyze technical issues with applications, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
5) Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Must have good knowledge in MS SQL Server 2016 or higher, including SSIS, SSRS, and Stored Procedures.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in data processing and/or system support role.
  • Knowledge of C#.NET or VB.NET programming languages is an added advantage.
  • Must be highly customer service-oriented, flexible, and committed to the success of the team.
  • Must be willing to work odd hours.
  • Must be able to perform assigned tasks independently.
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude, creativity in problem-solving, and good analytical skills.
  • Good spoken and written skills in English
