Apprenticeship, Corporate Affairs & Sustainability - Competitive Pay

Support the Corporate Affairs and Sustainability functions, thus gaining the opportunity for hands-on experience and exposure in areas such as corporate communications (internal, external and social media), corporate and brand PR, community engagement initiatives, sustainability reporting and stakeholder engagement amongst others. The intern will collaborate with various departments to advance the company's goals related to corporate reputation, sustainability and community engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Be a content creator and assist in the development of communications materials, including press releases, internal communication channels, website, social media content and execute communications plan
• Support the management of multiple communication channels such as town hall, intranet, corporate website, WhatsApp, social media etc.
• Support and execute sustainability plans and community engagement initiatives/priorities.
• Help track project milestones, deadlines, and budgets to ensure timely and successful completion
• Conduct research on emerging trends, best practices, and background researches related to corporate affairs and sustainability. Help analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement and support decision-making process
• Assist in coordinating cross-functional projects, organising meetings, events and activities to foster greater engagement with stakeholders to create meaningful impact

Requirements:

• Degree in Mass Communication, Public Relation, Communication or any relevant fields, minimum CGPA 3.0, Second Class Upper or equivalent
• Has passion for sustainability
• Malaysian graduates not in any employment
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to commit for 6 months
• Proven leadership skills in extra-curricular activities
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Innovative and systematic with sound analytical skills
• High work capacity, self-driven and a team-player
• Proactive, action-oriented, persistent and resilient
• Passion for the beer industry
