Job Descriptions
1. Perform credit underwriting for consumer credit applications.
2. Exercise sound credit judgement on consumer credit applications and to ensure compliance of regulatory, credit policies & guidelines.
3. Ensure consumer credit applications are decisioned within the service level agreement.
4. Meet KPI set at all times.
5. Ensure compliance of graph capping, internal & external policies and guidelines at all times.
6. Continually seek improvements to reduce operating cost and shorter turnaround time.
7. Understand the department goals as to meet monthly financial budget.
8. Consistently maintain service delivery quality as per service level agreement.
9. Understand stakeholders request and needs to support the business.
10. To ensure all applications are approved in accordance to all policies/procedures and in adherence to compliance and regulatory requirement. audit/compliance report.
11. To ensure daily kpi set by management on the number of applications approved and turnaround time is met.
12. To ensure exercise sound credit judgement to ensure good quality assets.
13. Adhere to regulatory and company policies / guidelines.
14. Identify and escalate riks inherent in particular situations or transactions. assess, control, monitor and report impact of risks, franchise, regulatory or financial.
15. Conduct business and day to day activities contributing to a 'no surprise' compliance culture by ensuring adherence to the group's AML programme, policies and procedures.
16. Adhere to audit and compliance procedures
17. Adhere to CCRIS regulatory requirement
18. To attend related training to ensure fully equipped with appropriate product knowledge to perform the job function and self-development.
