Architect (Civil Engineering Consulting) Experienced in PKM & BP

Responsibilities

• Product Development: Manage and drive the product development processes within the planning section to ensure timely completion of design development within budget.
• Design Consistency: Ensure all designs related to building architecture, interior design, landscape, and other aesthetic aspects are consistent and aligned.
• Land Evaluation: Evaluate and study new potential land by conducting product mix and massing studies.
• Feasibility Studies: Prepare feasibility studies for all new potential land.
• Design Trends: Research and explore the latest design trends.
• Product Optimization: Explore product composition to optimize marketability and financial returns.
• Consultant Management: Establish a pool of competent consultants, such as architects, engineers, interior designers, and landscape architects.
• Workshops: Initiate workshops with architects and the matrix team to improve design efficiency, enhance unique selling points, and eliminate unnecessary costs.
• Site Audits: Conduct site audits to ensure design intents are intact.
• Design Accuracy: Ensure high accuracy in design detailing to avoid errors and abortive costs.
• Additional Duties: Perform any other duties as assigned by management as deemed necessary.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Architecture.
• Experience: At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Experience in preparing PKM and BP and familiarity with submission procedures to local authorities.
• Independence: Ability to handle tasks independently.
• Strategic Thinking: Demonstrates a high level of business sense and strategic thinking.
• Dependability: Dependable with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Performance Under Pressure: Proven ability to manage lead times and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
