Architect - Professional Development Opportunities

Job Description

• Conduct meetings with client, taking and interpret design brief, produce preliminary concept design, coordinate with engineers and specialist consultants and supervising drawings for building plan submission.
• Follow up with authority for compliance and approval and prepare tender drawings for calling of tender.
• Contract administration stage – monitoring construction works, resolve technical queries, prepare instructions, certificates and conduct co-ordination meetings for architectural, structural and M&E services with contractors.
• Experience in landed and high-rise projects.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Candidates must obtain a Master’s Degree in Architecture ( Part II ). Diploma / Bachelor of Architecture (Part 1 architects are also welcome to apply).
• Good academic result is a requirement.
• Skills required : Revit, Autocad, Photoshop, Sketchup and 3-D rendering.
• Language skills : Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• 2 to 6 year(s) of working experience in architect’s firm.
• Must be self-motivated, creative in design idealogy and possess good interpersonal and leadership qualities.
