Job Description:
- Develop a comprehensive schedule program for overseeing all architectural works from commencement to completion.
- Report construction progress and identify any factors adversely affecting the project.
- Implement cost control measures throughout the project execution.
- Review the accuracy of drawings and coordinate with all other trades.
- Assist in inspections and attend meetings with clients, consultants, sub-contractors and authorities.
- Review project specifications, address technical clarifications and ensure accuracy of construction drawings, charts and forms.
- Manage the coordination of shop drawings.
- Any other task assigned by the HOD from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Proficient in AutoCad and SketchUp.
- Preferably candidate specializing in Architecture.
- Able to work independently and teamwork-oriented.
- Good communication skills (written and oral) in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
