Area Manager - Restaurants

Management - Area/Multi-site (Retail & Consumer Products)

Coordinates and supports all activities within the assigned restaurants- trains, coaches, support restaurant managers, plans and sets business goals, focuses on restaurant issues. Exceptional Customer Service and Effective Leadership is a major component of this position.

1. Knowledgeable and capable to perform and fulfill all basic essential functions and responsibilities of a Restaurant Manager as outlined in their respective job descriptions.

2. Provides leadership to restaurants' managers / person in charge and staffs to ensure compliance with standards as set in the company's Operations Manual and applicable government regulations.

3. Always driven with clear mindset, strong & motivating spirit. Work with staff to achieve sales goals, by using available reports to identify opportunities.

4. Ensures that correct operational procedures are followed and takes corrective action if necessary.

5. Instil a sense of ownership and accountability for money, stocks and company property on the restaurant team.

6. Coaches and trains managers, assistant managers for restaurant's operational excellence, helps to develop & grow excellent teams for the restaurant side.

7. Develops and maintains staffing levels for managers and assistant managers. Implements management training.

8. Supports on marketing initiatives.

9. Reports to Head of Directors on the restaurants’ weekly progress and performance. Identify areas of improvement.

10. Fully concern of Legal Matters, Rules & Regulations & Basic Labor Law.
