Area Manager - Urgent Hiring

Requirement 

• Minimum 7 - 10 years of retail management experience,
• Possess managerial experience in supervising and or in other retail operations will be added value,
• Strong leadership, organizational and decision-making skills,
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills both written and verbal,
• Chinese speaker is highly recommended.

Job Description

• Lead and guide store managers to ensure smooth operations, policy adherence, and target achievement,
• Monitor sales, profitability, inventory, operation KPI and customer satisfaction metrics, taking action to address any issues,
• Recruit, train, and support store managers and associates to boost engagement, productivity, and retention,
• Oversee merchandising, product placement, and inventory to optimize sales and minimize losses,
• Develop and manage store budgets, control expenses, and identify revenue growth opportunities,
• Promote excellent customer service, resolve issues, and enhance the overall shopping experience,
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety regulations for a secure environment,
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between corporate and store teams.
