Area Manager/Outlet Manager (Hypermarket)

• Lead the transformation of retail outlets into premium hypermarket formats
  
• Oversee end -to -end upgrade initiatives including store layout, renovation, merchandising, and systems enhancement
  
• Curate and manage high -end product assortment aligned with premium supermarket standards
  
• Drive improvements in store presentation, customer journey, and overall retail experience
  
• Develop and standardise operational processes across outlets to meet premium benchmarks
  
• Work closely with internal teams (operations, merchandising, marketing) to ensure seamless execution
  
• Monitor store performance, identify gaps, and implement continuous improvement strategies
  
• Build and strengthen the brand positioning from mass market to premium retail segment
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail operations, preferably from premium hypermarket / supermarket environments
  
• Strong experience in store setup, renovation, layout planning, and merchandising strategy
  
• Exposure to upgrading or repositioning retail formats (mass to premium) is highly preferred
  
• Strong leadership and people management skills
  
• Commercially driven with good business acumen
  
• Hands -on, proactive, and able to manage multiple outlets/projects simultaneously
