The Area Sales Executive is responsible for achieving the Sales & Distribution objectives of the company in the assigned area. The Area Sales Executive also provides ongoing support to the assigned area to ensure sales & operations meet its departmental objectives profitably.
Key Responsibilities Areas:
- To manage, provide training (SOP and Field Training), and motivate the sales team to drive revenue growth and achieve the sales target set.
- Develop and manage the distribution network efficiently and effectively to achieve sales objectives.
- Develop sales strategies in assigned territory and set targets for the sales team.
- Collect customer and market feedback to be reported to the superior.
- Monitoring sales team performance to ensure the sales team achieves its KPIs
- Analyzing sales data and providing sales forecasts.
- Ensure the efficient running for the following areas:
- Ensure good maintenance of the customer accounts correctly and avoid CBT cases.
- Maintain a correct and effective correspondence system between the sales team and the sales operation team (admin and account
- Maintain the safety and cleanliness of the Company’s premises.
- Ensure the sales operation team always carries out the SOP set.
- Ensure execution excellence in all promotions & activities initiated by the Key Account and Marketing.
- Report to HQ of any violation of the Company’s regulations or public laws, such as criminal acts, doing private work, drug abuse, sexual harassment, unethical practice, etc.Other responsibilities as assigned by his/her superior.
