About the Role: 

As an Art Teacher at Tree Art, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the artistic journeys of our young students. Your role is not just about teaching art; it's about fostering creativity, instilling a love for artistic expression, and helping children discover their unique talents. You will be a mentor, a guide, and a source of inspiration for the next generation of artists.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing engaging course materials and delivering planned art curriculum lessons to groups of eager young learners.
• Cultivating a nurturing and supportive environment where children can freely express their artistic abilities and creativity.
• Demonstrating various art techniques, including drawing and painting, to inspire and guide young artists on their creative journeys. 
• Fostering aesthetic appreciation and helping children understand the beauty of art. 
• Teaching children the proper care and use of art materials and tools, ensuring their safety and well-being. 
• Creating a classroom atmosphere that encourage positive learning experiences and personal growth, 
• Encouraging children to express their individual personalities and thoughts through their arts.
• Evaluating each child's progress and providing constructive feedback on their artistic development.
• Actively participating in campus events, including parent meetings and festive celebrations. 
• Being flexible and ready to take on any additional duties and responsibilities assigned by the Art Teacher (Supervisor). 

Qualification:

• A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Arts or equivalent.
• While prior classroom experience is advantageous, we welcome innovative, highly motivated candidates, including fresh graduates, to apply.
• Your passion for engaging, teaching, and nurturing children is your most valuable asset.
• Strong communication skills and bilingual proficiency in both English and Mandarin are required to effectively communicate with our diverse community. 

Working hour:

• Mon: Off
• Tue - Fri: 1:30pm - 7:30pm
• Sat and Sun: 9:00am - 7:30pm
