Job responsibilities : Management Trainee Program 

• To undergo training for the skill sets of non-supervisory roles to understand and perform the functions.
• To undergo management trainings and responsibilities so as to be able to lead and manage both operations and management
• Guide and train new/existing service crew staff
• Assist outlet Manager in overseeing daily operation and ensure outlet operation is properly maintained
• Responsible for planning weekly/monthly schedule of manpower and make essential decision when necessary
• Liaise with superiors and top management when necessary
• Generate reports (Budgeting, Profit & Loss etc)  and present them to top management
• Able to perform additional duties as requested by the Management as and when required

Who you are:

• Minimum Degree in any field
• Fresh graduate candidates are welcomed to apply
