Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assembly Manager at Classic Advantage Sdn Bhd located in Johor Baharu. The Assembly Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the assembly line operations, ensuring production targets are met, coordinating with different departments, and maintaining quality control standards. The role will also involve managing and training assembly line staff, analyzing production data, and implementing process improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Experience in assembly line operations and production management
• Knowledge of quality control standards and processes
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
