Key Objective
The position is responsible assisting the day-to-day operations of Finance Department, including but not limited to timely completion accounting posting for month end closing.
Major duties and responsibilities
- Disbursements/Payments
- Prepare non-technical disbursement to ensure proper coding and adequately supported by relevant approved documents.
- Tracking actual disbursement against budget/forecast and perform analysis.
- Intercompany billing
- Prepare journal and audit schedules.
- Comply to withholding tax submission within the deadline and keep proper records.
- Attend to payment related matter, provide info to branches and Business as and when required.
2. Reporting activities
- Blackline reconciliation – Prepare reconciliation based on the general ledger account assigned, ensure timely complete the reconciliation on quarterly basic, housekeep for aging open items.
- Provide management expense data for Agent Income Statement
3. Others
- Any other Ad-hoc duties as assigned by CFO, Head of Finance Operations and/or the Finance Manager.
Skills
- Computer Literate, especially Microsoft Office and Excel
- A team player
Experience
