Assistant Account Manager - Generous Compensation

• Full time on-site role for either a position of Senior Executive or Assistant Manager role.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Manage the year-end audit process and work with external auditors to ensure compliance with auditing standards.
• Lead the development and implementation of annual budgets and financial forecasts, providing regular updates to HQ at China.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable including payments, invoicing, CN, receipts, and reconciliations to ensure cash flow requirements are met.
• Ensure proper maintenance of the company's financial records in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory reporting, filing, and other requirements, including corporate tax and other statutory bodies, while reconciling accounts.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis, special projects as and when required.

Job Requirements :

1. Diploma or Degree in finance/accounting.
2. Minimum of 5 ears of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
3. Proficient in Xero and other accounting software would be advantageous.
4. Working experience in audit and tax would be an added advantage.
5. Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
6. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
8. Able to speak English and Mandarin to liase with HQ at China
