With the successful business model that is sure to shape Taiwan's logistics facilities network for years to come, we are also aiming to replicate our success along with our enthusiasm and creativity in the Asia-Pacific markets as we continue to strive to make the logistics industry simpler, smarter, and more sustainable!

We're looking for an innovative and motivated account manager to join our Malaysia Business Development team to create long-term, strategic relationships with potential tenants. This role will liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client's needs.

What you will do…

  1. Source and generate new leads through calls, emails, networking events, or partnerships with external stakeholders.
  2. Lead the clients from the first pitching to successful deal closing, negotiate lease terms with clients, and follow through to execute agreements.
  3. Build strong client relationships, maintain existing clients, and acquire new clients.
  4. Gather and analyze client requirements. Act as the primary liaison between clients and inter-departmental teams.
  5. Understand the warehousing and logistics markets, including logistics automation, to build a robust client base. Keep informed on market trends and competitor offerings.
  6. Support local marketing/ public relations efforts as needed.

  2. Ability to work within a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
  3. A desire to learn and grow
  4. Strong interests in future logistics

What skills are required…

  1. Bachelor's Degree with relevant and equivalent practical experience.
  2. 3-5 years of sales/marketing/project experience in providing solutions or suites of products to customers.
  3. Required language(s): English(Must), Mandarin(Plus), and Malay(Plus).
