Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily reconciliation of income collection from outlets operation.
- Manage SST and other tax compliance matters related to income collection.
- Check and update customer invoices and receipts.
- Housekeeping of inventory records and inventory reconciliations related to income transactions.
- Liaise with operations and retail operations staff and coordinate documents and filings related to income.
- Support manager in the preparation of management reports and analysis for income-related activities.
- Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time to support income collection reconciliation.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a LCCI/ Diploma, Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of working experiences. Fresh graduates with passion to learn and grow will be considered.
- Preferably Executives/ Non-Executives with experience in handling Cash & Stock in retail industry.
- Self-motivated and passionate about retail.
- Independent and able to work under pressure.
