Penerangan Pekerjaan - Assistant Accounts Manager - Urgent

We are desiring to recruit a driven Assistant Accounts Manager to join our amazing team at The One Academy Penang in Penang.

Core Competency Requirement:

  • Possess Degree in Accounting/ ACCA or equivalent
  • With at least 3 years of working experience in full set of accounts or accounts- related work
  • PC literate and knowledge on ACCPAC accounting system is advantage
  • Familiar with the accounting standards, Companies Acts and Tax Guidelines
  • Good financial analytical skills with an eye for details
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Risk assessment knowledge and skill for potential risk and its consequences
  • Must be organized, team player & able to multi- task, flexible and responsible
  • A team player, positive mind and able to work under pressure.

 

Responsibilities:

  • To prepare full sets of accounts, check & monitor accounts receivables & payable and prepare monthly bank reconciliation.
  • To prepare and monitor monthly cash flow.
  • To update monthly management report structure and financial schedules.
  • To prepare yearly financial budget & forecast.
  • Responsible for daily operational matters of account department.
  • To verify, monitor, control and liaise with suppliers for purchasing requests and ensure the purchase order is timely.
  • To make constructive and cost effective recommendations for the betterment of the company.
  • To compute figures for tax purposes.
  • Liaise with external parties, such as bank, tax agents, company secretary, auditors and relevant authorities.
  • To support in the entire ISO9001-2015 development of the company and related follow-up maters when need arises
  • To carry out any ad hoc task required by the Management as and when necessary.
