Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible to perform monthly closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting in compliance with accounting standards, relevant government rules and regulations, policies procedures and established practices.
- To assist in implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system including prepare, monitor and update costing schedule and analyze plant cost efficiency by developing appropriate cost allocation rules through understanding of plant operating mode and trending analysis.
- To maintain a fixed asset register to monitor assets, and keep track of the carrying value of purchased assets, calculation of monthly depreciation charge, and disposal of assets.
- To liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary on regulatory and financial matters.
- To assist in audit findings activities including investigation and resolving findings, accounts discrepancies, tax queries and issues of non compliance.
Job Requirements:
- Pursue Diploma/ Degree in Accounting
- At least 3 - 5 years in account/ finance field (Exposure to Manufacturing industry)
- Strong in technical accounting and reporting knowledge
- Familiar with accounting software (e.g. Microsoft Navision, SAP, Infor)
- Willing to work in Hutan Melintang, Perak
