Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the APAC sales team to understand the client's business goals and objectives, including pre-sales and post-sales support.
• Onboard clients and provide support for clients of Cision proprietary software.
• Responsible for helping with media monitoring and data analytics. May cover areas such as media exposure, competitor landscape analysis, insights, and trends with the use of Cision's proprietary software or Microsoft Office applications.
• Responsible for delivering reports based on client's needs and helping produce insights that helps contributes to meeting client's goals and deadlines.
• Understanding client's requirements and delivering scope of work based on requirements.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Young Talent Welcome. Fresh graduates or with 1-2 years experience in the industry related to sales operations, analytics, insights, or communications.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and analytical in transforming data into insights.
• University degree holder in Business or Communications related field.
