Qualifications & experience
- Have Diploma/Degree in Architecture.
- Two (2) years working experience in architectural design works in advantage.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM software and/or other drafting tools.
- Good knowledge in Building By-laws and planning requirement.
- Good command of both English and Malay.
- Capable of working under tight deadlines and maintain consistent quality
Tasks & responsibilities
- Assist the Architect to prepare 2D design drawings, schedule and documentation for the conceptual design and design developments.
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans based on sketches, specifications, and other provided information.
- Using CAD software to create drawings that incorporate exact measurements, calculations, building codes, and other construction details.
- Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
