Assistant Area Sales Manager

• To achieve budget assigned by the management: Regular Premium (PFS), Credit Life (PFS MDTA/Car Life) & Single Premium from Priority Banking.
• To conduct regular visitation, work closely with HLBB banca stakeholders to provide excellent sales support and services.
• To maintain good persistency ratio in the region for Regular Premium products.
• To actively involved in bank’s activities related to bancassurance.
• To constantly keep track of market intelligence.
• To conduct training and coaching to Personal Bankers/sellers.
• To joint field work with sellers when necessary.
• To assist RM in monitoring daily sales by banking channels.
• To provide timely reporting to RM/HOD.
• To ensure sales channels in compliance with guidelines and code of ethics.
• To perform any job related duty as assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:

• Intermediate level of insurance/financial industry knowledge. Underwriting and operation knowledge.
• Min of 1-2 years of supervision experience needed.With sales management will be value added.
