Job Description:
To plan, organize, direct, control day to day operations of verified/registration unit
To ensure all Guarantee Letter (GL) received from clients are verified and scanned before patient proceeding to get treatment
To ensure information patient keyed in are valid and accurate during register patient / open episode
To ensure supporting or related documents attached accordingly and completeness of supporting documents
To ensure that all insurance form fill up by consultant and Guarantee letter are received within 24 hours
The related information and co-payment/limit/non coverage item or procedure should be inform to patient accordingly
To ensure patient’s information are properly keyed in as JCI requirement
To ensure information patient keyed in are valid and accurate
To assist open episode for patient under cash payment from 7.30am – 8.30am
To ensure that all Debtor code is changed correctly upon receiving of GL
To perform any other duties as and when required by the management.
Responsible and accountable to carry out duties as in the Occupational Safety and Health Act Regulations 1994
Conformance to ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS 18001:2007, and/or Hospital Accreditation requirements
Responsible and accountable to carry out all 5s activities directed by the Management
To adhere to Standard People Practice (SPP)
Education:
Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or certification needed
Knowledge and Experiences:
1 years working experience

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills
Personal attributes
Knowledgeable and having strong commitment towards job responsibilities
Able to work independently and as a team.
