- To ensure proper cash handling at the cinema floor
- Kiosk cash handling and basic troubleshooting
- To maintain effective stock control and prepare monthly and weekly reports according to datelines.
- To check and maintain product qualities.
- Maintain and ensure smooth operation of sales at the ticketing box and candy bar
- Equipment at the candy bar must be upkeep to ensure cleanliness and good working condition.
- Maximize every sales opportunity by providing excellent customer service.
- Maintain overall cinema image through movie experience, products and cinema presentation/decoration.
- Communicate effectively to the team of CRO’s on tickets/concession items so that they are able to recommend the best solutions for customers to meet their requirements and needs.
- To ensure the performance standards and sales target achieved.
- Maintain overall cinema administration such as cinema floor checks, cinema maintenance and location security.
- To plan and implement location promotion and execution of company's promotion.
- Work closely with Cinema Manager and ensure that there is sufficient manpower to have a smooth flow on daily operation.
- To plan CRO’s on duty for break time to ensure the highest productivity is achieved.
- To make sure that cleanliness at working area is monitored at all times.
- Receiving and checking the DCP and KDM
- Ingesting the DCP onto the projector in the right order making sure that the film runs smoothly through the projector
- Ensuring good picture and sound quality
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge to minimize breakdown and show cancellations
- Being responsible for heating, lighting, ventilation and alarm systems in the cinema
