- Manage all high level escalate claims issues within turnaround time
- Liaise with the team and ensure the turnaround time for claim processing and enquiries are meet
- Ensure the team to provide immediate attention to the client requirement
- Managing good relationship with clients with zero complaint
- Ensure the implementation of the new and renewal clients within stipulated timeline
- All system setup is done within the timeline given for renewal and new clients
- Improvement on the team ability and gain necessary knowledge skill that support career development opportunities
- Disciplining and evaluating performance of employees
- Recruitment of new hires
Requirements:
- Experienced in claim processing
- Good communication, interpersonal and customer engagement skills
- Able to converse, read and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia FLUENTLY.
- Competent computing skills such as MS Word, MS Excel
- Excellent service mindset
- Team player who can work together with a big team
- Versatile and adaptive
- Medical and/or health insurance knowledge is an advantage
