Dedicated to inspiring healthy living and serving up healthy alternatives, we are a committed, vibrant, and dynamic company dedicated to people, both those who buy our products and those that make them.

We are currently embarking on our next stage of aggressive expansion which includes entry into additional markets within the region of South East Asia. We expect to quickly grow to >1,000 stores across the region and then potentially look at listing options.

Responsibilities:

• Drive growth initiatives and strategies in South-East Asia, ensuring significant market penetration and user acquisition.
• Organize and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, coordinating closely with internal teams and external partners, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns, to maximize reach and impact.
• Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product launches in the region, tailoring strategies to meet local needs and preferences.
• Experiment with tests and new channels to identify and scale successful tactics, optimizing for cost-effective customer acquisition.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Actively contribute to the influencer marketing strategies that are in line with the overall country marketing goals, recommend and see through objectives, targets, action plans, keeping to timelines and budgets.
• Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features).
• Stay up to date with cultural/social trends and customers’ views and attitudes.

Requirements and skills:

• You have at least 5 years of marketing experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in F&B.
• Advanced knowledge and proven experience in Meta Business Manager (including Meta Ads Pixel), Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads (including Google Ads Conversion), SEO, Shopify, Breva.
• You are a proactive team player with excellent project planning skills, capable of leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Your approach is rooted in analytics; you leverage data to inform decisions and drive growth.
• You bring creative flair to your strategies, constantly seeking innovative ways to engage audiences and achieve objectives.
• You are an effective communicator, able to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate efficiently with teams and stakeholders.
• BONUS! You possess a deep understanding of local nuances across South-East Asia and are skilled in tailoring strategies to fit diverse cultural contexts, with ability to converse with at least one local language.
