  JOB DESCRIPTIONS
• Assist the director with administrative matters, arranging meetings, making schedules, managing files and documents.
• Assist the director in the personnel management of the team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation.
• Manage the director's travel arrangements, including air ticket bookings, hotel arrangements, transportation, etc.
• Assist in handling itinerary arrangements during business trips and ensure reasonable arrangements for the director's work and rest.
• Assist the director in developing and implementing creative concepts to ensure the project meets artistic and technical expectations.
• Responsible for the daytoday management of the project when the director is not present.
• Manage the animation team to ensure each member understands and fulfills their roles and responsibilities. Provide support to inspire creativity and enthusiasm in team members.
• Supervise the animation production process to ensure that the progress and quality of each stage meet expectations. Coordinate with producers to ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Work closely with other departments (such as art, sound effects, editing, etc.) to ensure collaborative work in all aspects of the project. Work with the director to communicate effectively with producers, clients, etc.

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Strong communication skills and able to work with team members, artists, producers, and other departments.
• Strong project management skills
