ASSISTANT ENGINEER - Growth-Minded Organization

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Coordination of project site issues with consultants, main contractor and other project relevant parties.
• To monitor the site schedule, work progress, and work quality on site in accordance with the specification to ensure its completion within the target time frame and cost.
• Attending all meetings related to the project and liasing with clients, consultants and other professionals such as surveyors, subcons and suppliers on all related aspects of construction activities.
• Preparation of monthly site progress report, monitoring progress, and reporting to the construction manager.
• Inspect construction sites regularly to ensure work run in accordance to construction drawing and engineer instruction.
• Perform other duties or tasks assign by superior from time to time
• Liaise with external consultants, contractors and surveyors on technical issue
• Able to perform any other tasks assigned by superior 

REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least at Diploma in (Civil/Construction) Engineering or equivalent from accredited university or college.
•  Minimum of 5 years working experience in the related field are strongly encouraged to apply:
• Able to work well with others but can be independent in carrying out daily tasks
• proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant tools and technologies.

• Willing to travel as required by project demands
