Assistant Finance Manager

About Us:

Yee Lee Marketing possesses an extensive marketing and distribution network with strong business development capabilities covering various trade channels directly and via sub-distributors in West Malaysia and East Malaysia for famous FMCG’s brands from beverages to household products: Red Bull Malaysia, Red Eagle, Vesawit, Spritzer, Cactus, Red Bull International, BIC, Warrior, Vanzo Malaysia and etc.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial statement and analysis reporting.
• Responsibility for timely, effective, and efficient processing of general ledger-related transactions, including fixed assets and journal entries.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable including payments, invoicing, CN, receipts, and reconciliations to ensure cash flow requirements are met.
• Assisting to liaise with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary, statutory authorities and others pertaining to financial, audit, taxation etc. matters.
• Undertake special assignments and projects as directed by the Head of Department.

Requirements:

• Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Demonstrate sound knowledge and application of financial/accounting principles and budgetary management.
• Demonstrate strong research and analytical skills, including statistical computations.
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
