Penerangan Pekerjaan - Assistant Finance Manager

  • Compile group consolidated accounts and conduct quarterly analysis of financial statements.
  • Assess and validate monthly journal entries and financial reports for both active and inactive entities.
  • Oversee subordinates to ensure prompt closure of accounts and timely submission of management reports.
  • Develop and update monthly budgets for active projects.
  • Review annual tax estimations and amendments for CP204 and CP204A filings.
  • Verify payment vouchers to ensure adherence to internal control protocols.
  • Offer guidance and direction to team members regarding daily accounting and operational tasks.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as delegated by superiors as needed.
  • Coordinate with bankers, auditors, tax agents, and project managers on relevant matters.
LOCATION: Petaling Jaya Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Must have Degree in Accounting/Finance, professional certificates such as ACCA, CIMA, or a similar qualification.
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in property development
  • Knowledge of IFCA would be a bonus.
  • Has audit experience.
  • Detail-oriented individual with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines.
